Welcome to Linchpin Magazine

Some people build empires, others shape industries, and a select few change the world without most even realising it. These are the Linchpins — the vital forces that hold enterprises, organisations, and systems together. They’re the ones making the impossible look easy, weaving together innovation, leadership, and vision to create something that lasts.

Linchpin Magazine exists to celebrate them.

In our inaugural edition, we wanted to focus on a theme that is close to our hearts: small, but mighty business.

To us, success isn’t always about valuations or scaling fast or making the most noise. Sometimes, it’s about doing things differently, quietly, and exceptionally well. We wanted to tell you stories of individuals and their companies that thrive by doing everyday things intentionally and diligently.

And each of our handpicked Linchpins shows there is space for those who think — and work — differently.

Like Anand, co-founder of Indexnine Technologies. In a world obsessed with size and scale, Indexnine proves that small, purpose-driven businesses can thrive without chasing unicorn dreams.

Like Mallika, who never set out to build an empire, yet became the quiet force behind Super Engineers, steering it from a family-run business to a globally recognised industry favourite.

Like Anish, an entrepreneur who puts relationships over revenue, agility over red tape, passion over profit, and proves every day that when done right, the journey matters just as much as the destination.

Like Nitin, an entrepreneur who refuses to let the issue of healthy breathable indoor air fade into seasonal concern.

Or like Harsha, co-founder of Purple Turtle, who has spent his career fixing what’s broken in marketing.

Not every entrepreneur dreams of the limelight (or notoriety). Some like the Linchpins featured in our March 2025 edition just want to do their bit. And each of them shows us staying small can be a powerful choice.

We hope you enjoy getting to know them as much as we did.
